Booking & Payment

• • Nightly rate: $250–$300 per cabin, plus a $100 cleaning fee.
• • Half of the rent is due when reserving your dates.
• • The remaining half is due 2 weeks before arrival.
• • You must be 21 or older to rent.

Damage Deposit

We ask for a damage-deposit check for the full amount at arrival. It is never deposited — it's voided after you leave and the cleaning lady inspects the property. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the stay, including furniture, fixtures, appliances, linens, and outdoor property.

Cancellation

You may cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellations inside 2 weeks are not refundable. Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional fees.

House Rules

• • Must be 21 or older to rent
• • No pets
• • No smoking inside the cabin
• • Only registered guests permitted on the property
• • No parties or events without written approval

Violations may result in immediate termination of stay without refund, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.

Check-Out Procedure (by 11 AM)

• • Strip the sheets and pillow cases
• • Place used towels in the bathroom
• • Turn the heat down to 65°
• • Turn off all the lights
• • No dishes left in the sink
• • Clean out the fridge
